PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The reservation is completed upon receipt of the advance payment equal to 100% of the amount. With the confirmation of the booking, guests declare that they have read and accepted the contractual clauses relating to their stay.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
• Reservations can be cancelled after confirmation and are free of charge if made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date;
• Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to penalty and 40% of the booking amount will be retained;
• Cancellations from 6 days before arrival date, “no-shows”, late arrivals and early departures will not be refundable.
N.B. The day of arrival is included in the calculation of the useful days for cancellation.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 200 is retained in the form of a pre-authorisation on the credit card indicated in the reservation and is issued after checking the apartment, after verification of the good condition of the property and the absence of breakage, damages and malfunctions attributable to guests and subject to the charge of greater damages, the amount of which exceeds the amount retained as a security deposit.
