For stays longer than 5 days, you can request an additional cleaning with change of bed linen and towels at a cost of 45€ or 60€, depending on the type of apartment occupied.

The Residence San Luca has a limited number of parking spaces in its private garage, located next to the building at number 106/B. On request and subject to availability, you can book a parking space at a flat rate of 15€ per night. Places are numbered and please park only and exclusively in the place assigned at the time of booking.

To book a taxi in Bologna, you can follow different methods, depending on your preferences and needs:

• Use a mobile application:
Many taxi companies in Bologna offer booking services via mobile app such as ItTaxi, InTaxi or Taxi Click Easy. Once the app is installed, register and add any payment details. After completing your registration, you can enter your departure and destination address, choose the desired time and confirm your booking. The app will also give you information about the assigned taxi and the estimated time of arrival.

• Phone call:
A traditional way to book a taxi is to call a taxi company directly:

Call and provide your departure and destination address, as well as the time you want to be picked up; the operator will confirm your booking and provide you with information about the taxi and the estimated arrival time.

• Online booking:
Some taxi companies allow you to book through their website. Visit the website of the taxi company and look for the online booking section. Fill in the online form with the required details, such as the departure address, the destination address and the desired time. After submitting the form, you will receive a booking confirmation by email with the details of the taxi and the estimated arrival time.

• Taxi station:
If you are near a taxi rank, you can go directly there and book a taxi at the booking desk. Explain to the taxi station staff your destination and desired time, and you will be assigned an available taxi.

Remember to book a little in advance and always have your departure and destination addresses with you.

The urban transport in Bologna is managed by TPER. All buses are equipped with GPS and this allows you to know their location in real time via Google Maps, or through applications such as Moovit, Roger or WeBus. There are different types of tickets and purchase methods:

• Ordinary ticket:
It allows you to travel for 75 minutes in the urban area and on any bus. It can be purchased physically from official retailers (tobacconists, bars, newsagents) or directly on board the bus with contactless cards belonging to the circuits Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and vpay at a cost of 1.50€. Otherwise it can be purchased through the self-service ticket machine available on board the bus at the price of 2.00€.

• Day ticket:
It is valid for 24 hours after validation. The cost is € 6.00 and is not available on board.

• City pass:
It costs 14,00€ and is valid for 10 trips of 75 minutes each. A single City Pass allows you to validate up to 7 passengers at a time within 3 minutes of the validation of the first traveller.

It is important to remember that all tickets must be stamped at every bus change.

Bike-sharing is the ideal solution for medium-short trips within the urban area. RideMovi is the application designated for this service that offers throughout the city muscle cycling bicycles and bicycles with pedal assist (e-bike). Through the application you can locate the nearest bike, unlock it via a QR Code and start the ride. Once you arrive at your destination you can lock your bike and the amount due for the service will be subtracted from the virtual wallet in your account.
