PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The reservation is completed upon receipt of the advance payment equal to 100% of the amount. With the confirmation of the booking, guests declare that they have read and accepted the contractual clauses relating to their stay.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
• Reservations can be cancelled after confirmation and are free of charge if made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date;
• Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to penalty and 40% of the booking amount will be retained;
• Cancellations from 6 days before arrival date, “no-shows”, late arrivals and early departures will not be refundable.
N.B. The day of arrival is included in the calculation of the useful days for cancellation.
